Video Compression

I plan to add useful links related to the video compression technology here over time.  For now, only copies of the most common video compression standards are available.

Note: In order to avoid copyright problems, this page contains only links to the latest working drafts of the ITU-T Recommendations or MPEG standards, and not the ratified version itself.  I believe that those working drafts and the ratified versions are technically identical and differ only in the cover page, but I may be wrong.  In some cases, I added corrigenda or other useful information into the PDF file.
